Customer and Shipping Policies

- A. SAFE, SECURE ORDERING:
- Payments by credit cards or bank accounts are gladly accepted through the PayPal program. It's a secure and effective way of paying online. If you don't have a PayPal account, you will be directed how to set one up directly on their website when you choose that payment option. It takes minimal set up time. Please send your payments to orders@mysnapshotz.com

If youre uncomfortable with paying online, you may send a check or money order. After we review your order, you'll receive an email from us with an exact amount to pay. Please include a printed copy of your order with your payment. If you are unable to print, please write the order number on your check or money order to avoid processing delays. Make check or money order payable to SnapShotz. If paying by check, please note that shipping will be delayed until your check has cleared. Please mail your check/money order to: SnapShotz, 107 Winterstein Dr., Folsom, CA 95630.
B. HOW TO ORDER:
In order to purchase items on our site, we require you to register. By registering with SnapShotz, you will be able to log in and add items to your shopping cart and checkout when finished. You'll receive an automated email to verify that your order was submitted. Subsequent emails will be sent when your order is reviewed, when payment is received, and when the order is shipped. You can also check the status of your order online. Our system provides a secure messaging area. You can use this for special instructions, questions, or any other concerns you may have regarding your order.
C. RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, unless it is a customized or personalized, return it to us within 15 days of receipt in the original packaging, in good condition, for a full refund less the cost of all shipping. (Please note that there is a 20% re-stocking fee applied to all photo insert card returns.) If you receive an item that is damaged in any way, ship it back, we will credit your shipping cost, and replace your order at no expense to you or credit your charge card for the full amount. The decision is up to you.
D. PERSONALIZED ORDERS:
We try to produce the finest work possible for our customers. When we are supplied with less than perfect photographs and digital files, we will lighten and brighten, balance color and add contrast as needed. We will also crop a photo or file for best arrangement. We do the best we can every time, and cannot accept responsibility or returns unless we have made an obvious error. If you have any concerns about the quality of your picture, please ask for a sample print. It will be mailed to you at no cost.
E. CUSTOM ORDERS:
All Custom Orders are non-returnable unless we have made an error in production. In the case where it is our mistake, you have the option of returning the item for a full refund or having another produced and shipped at our expense. In any case, you must let us know by e-mail or telephone within 15 days prior to any item being returned or we can not accept the return.
F. SALES TAX:
CA residents will incur a 7.75% Sales Tax which will be added to the total.
G. NO SPAMMING POLICY:
Your e-mail address is safe with us. We will not sell our customer list to anyone. Occasionally, when we have a sale or new products to offer, we will send a notice to our customers. If you don't wish to receive these notifications, just let us know.
H. HOW WE SHIP:
Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. When we notify you that your order has been shipped, we will also provide the tracking number. Log onto UPS, enter the tracking number and you can find out when to expect delivery in the continental U.S. We can also ship UPS 3-Day, 2-Day or Overnight, please ask for additional costs by e-mailing SnapShotz.
I. WHEN WE SHIP:
We, and the people we work with, try to ship every order within a few days of receipt of your order. Occasionally, when an item is not in stock, it can take two weeks or more to ship, especially during holiday season. If you need your order sooner, please let us know. Otherwise, we will assume that we can ship within our regular time period.
J. PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY:
All professional photographs must be accompanied by a release signed and dated by your photographer. SnapShotz assumes no responsibility or liability for use of professional images. If you do not have a signed release, please do not submit photograph or digital image.
K. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We appreciate your interest, however we are not accepting international orders at this time. Please check back for any changes.
